Automatic Nut Salting Unit

Fully manufactured of stainless steel material (AISI 304 CrNi) TST 700 manuel salting unit, salts the product without damaging it. In this unit with the help of the PLC application, the screw which is in the tumbler makes the salinization in a homogenious way with high capacity.

A mixer screw and a pump applied into the water tank of the salting unit to prevent glomeration.

For different products’ salting, different amount of material loading by weighing with the help of loadcells, different salting receipts, different time of salting and different spped of tumbler can be chosen with the help of the PLC option.

At the end of the process, the unit may wash it self with presured water automatically.
